Everything you need to know about the Play NBA2K experience
Users under the age of thirteen (13) years old are prohibited from using the platform. You must be at least thirteen (13) years old to participate in the free to enter tournaments. Users must be at least eighteen (18+) years old to participate in pay-to-enter tournaments.
Yes, you must own NBA 2K25 or the most current version of the game to compete. All tournaments require you to play within the game, so having an updated copy on a supported platform is required.
Play NBA2K supports PS5 and Xbox X|S consoles and PC! If you do not have access to a PS5, Xbox X|S console, or PC, you will be automatically disqualified. Please refer to each tournament’s page for the official rules and settings requirements.
All players may leave a tournament up to 60 minutes before the start time. If the tournament is pay-to-enter, the entry fee will be refunded.
You can change your email in the app by going to Profile > Settings > Personal Details, then click on the email option to edit and save your new email.
